<\/strong>The Toprow Beginner Courseis is specially designed for complete beginners who want to discover the fundamentals of rowing. Over the course of 8 weeks, you\u2019ll learn step by step under the guidance of our experienced coaches.<\/p>\n

During the course, you\u2019ll work on your technique fitness an teamwork. All in a relaxed and supportive environment. It\u2019s the perfect way to try something new, get fit, and experience the joy of being on the water!<\/p>\n

Course information:
\u2022 Rowing in a stable boat with a maximum of 4 persons
\u2022 1-hour lesson each week
\u2022 Coaching and guidance from our coaches
\u2022 Duration: 8 weeks<\/p>\n

What you will learn:
\u2022 Team rowing and working together in the boat
\u2022 Sweep rowing technique
\u2022 Boat handling and equipment awareness<\/p>\n

Next step:
Once you successfully complete the Beginner Course, you can progress to the Development Course. The next level offering new challenges and further improvement of your sweep-rowing technique!<\/p>\n

The Winter course starts January 12, 2026
