Our fifth course is designed for experienced rowers who are looking to further develop their skills and train at a higher level. This programme focuses on specialised training in areas such as race strategy, mental preparation and technique refinement. We aim to provide rowers with the skills and training needed to further their rowing career, whether that be competing at a higher level, joining a club or simply continuing to row for fun and fitness!<\/p>\n
Especially for our Expert rowers we offer the option to row for 1,5 hours per lesson! Always wanted to row further up the Amstel or explore more of the canals? We got you covered in our tour rowing program!<\/p>\n
