The Toprow advanced course is a more specialised programme designed for those who have mastered the fundamentals of sculling and want to challenge themselves and take their rowing further. This fourth rowing programme focuses on refining technique and physically challenging participants. Through this course, we aim to build rowers\u2019 endurance and help them discover a new love and appreciation for the sport.<\/p>\n
