During the Intensive week you learn all different aspects of rowing. Under the guidance of the instructor you will learn the basics, learn more about the technique and get better!\u00a0<\/p>\n
We have different aspects of rowing during these 4 mornings. Besides a lot of rowing on the Amstel, you will learn about the technique in our indoor rowing tank, and with video analyses. You learn how to get out and into the boat on the water, we will make a city tour and so much more! Each level has their own program.<\/p>\n

1. Liteboat Beginner a \u2013 never rowed before
2. Liteboat Beginner b \u2013 rowing experience in the 4-personboat
3. Liteboat Experienced \u2013 rowing experience in the Liteboat
4. Hassle Beginner \u2013 rowing experience in the Liteboat or C1
5. Hassle Experienced \u2013 rowing experience in the Hassle skiff<\/p>\n
