Skiff intensive week

During the Intensive week you learn all different aspects of rowing. Under the guidance of the instructor you will learn the basics, learn more about the technique and get better! 

We have different aspects of rowing during these 4 mornings. Besides a lot of rowing on the Amstel, you will learn about the technique in our indoor rowing tank, and with video analyses. You learn how to get out and into the boat on the water, we will make a city tour and so much more! Each level has their own program.

De levels we have available:
1. Liteboat Beginner a – never rowed before
2. Liteboat Beginner b – rowing experience in the 4-personboat
3. Liteboat Experienced – rowing experience in the Liteboat
4. Hassle Beginner – rowing experience in the Liteboat or C1
5. Hassle Experienced – rowing experience in the Hassle skiff
